Responsible for operation of CNC machines to produce the required order parts in accordance with the technical design programs by :

  • setup and operate CNC machines.
  • setup tools and geometry offsets.
  • read and interpret blueprints properly.
  • inspect parts to verify blueprint requirements prior to first articles.
  • properly transfer, edit and save CNC programs
  • quickly and accurately load and unload machines.
  • follow traveler and quality system procedures.
  • provide input to ensure travelers are updated properly.
  • perform safely run multiple machines.
  • perform test-cut and verify the dimensional quality of the product.
  • Responsible for keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • SPM with working experience in machining house
  • Certificate/Diploma in Precision Engineering or related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; Training will be given
  • Work location : Seberang Jaya & Sungai Petani.
