What You'll Do

  • Drive and Deliver Growth: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and payment — ensuring consistent revenue results.
  • Build and Strengthen Partnerships: Leverage Learning Edge's established client network to deepen existing relationships and expand your portfolio through trust, service excellence, and measurable outcomes.
  • Showcase Impact Through Programs: Deliver compelling sales presentations and design impactful training solutions using our proven L&D templates — demonstrating how Learning Edge drives transformation for clients.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the Marketing team to refine go-to-market strategies, enhance lead generation, and execute campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Report with Purpose: Develop and present insightful, data-driven client reports that guide business decisions and contribute to Learning Edge's strategic direction.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (ideally in training, HR, consulting, or services).
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Track Record: You've met — and ideally smashed — your past sales targets. You know how to close.
  • Languages: Excellent in English (for corporate clients) and Bahasa Melayu (for government engagements).
  • Start Date: Immediate or within 1-month notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
