Mascot Coordinator

1. Event Coordination

• Schedule and organize mascot appearances at corporate, community, and promotional events.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, venue setup, and costume preparation.
• Ensure mascots are present and active during key moments to maximize audience engagement.

2. Performer Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise mascot performers.
• Ensure performers understand brand guidelines and maintain character integrity.
• Monitor performance quality and provide feedback for improvement.

3. Costume & Equipment Maintenance

• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and storage of mascot costumes and props.
• Ensure costumes are branded appropriately and in good condition for public appearances.

4. Marketing & Brand Alignment

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align mascot appearances with campaigns and promotions.
• Develop mascot engagement strategies to enhance visibility and audience interaction.
• Use mascots to support brand storytelling and emotional connection with the public.

5. Community Engagement

• Facilitate mascot participation in cultural festivals, sports events, and school visits.
• Encourage interactive experiences such as photo ops, games, and giveaways.
• Collect feedback from audiences and stakeholders to improve mascot programming.

6. Reporting & Evaluation

• Track performance metrics such as audience engagement, event attendance, and feedback.
• Prepare reports for management on mascot program effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
