Site Supervisor

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all site works to ensure progress and quality meet project requirements.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively for daily operations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues on-site.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Report any unsafe practices or conditions to the Safety and Health Officer (SHO).
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and photo records.
• Verify and monitor materials deliveries, usage, and stock levels.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization at all times.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Supervise rework or rectification works to maintain project quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Constructions Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
• Roadwork: 5 years (Preferred)
• Infrastructure,: 5 years (Preferred)
