Admin Assistant

Job Period:
Employment will commence in 1 December 2025 and end on 15 February 2026.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry accurately and promptly.
- Assist in coordinating daily office operations and communication between departments.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Assist in purchasing, inventory tracking, and simple accounting tasks if needed.
- Support management in other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an added advantage.
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Summer job – no experience required, training will be provided.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
