We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative functions.

Location : Medan Selayang , Batu Caves

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing and monitoring stock inventory.
  • Assist in preparing financial and management reports
  • Handle office administration such as documents filing and supplies management
  • Liaise with internal parties
  • Support payroll and basic HR functions as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Posses good command of English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Posses own transport and able to start work immediately
