  • Oversee and process both renewal and new Malaysia work permit applications, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive immigration support, coordinating all related requirements from initial consultations and eligibility assessments to technical advisory, drafting, and documentation preparation.
  • Serve as a legal advisory liaison for business and employment matters.
  • Maintain and update the firm's case management system, ensuring client files are managed in accordance with established protocols.
  • Offer immigration support to regional portfolios as needed, ensuring consistent and reliable assistance.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate the smooth handling of immigration cases.
  • Maintain a clear overview of ongoing cases, managing escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities.
  • Issue client invoices upon completion of each case.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as directed by the engagement team.
  • Conduct research to support case needs as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Associate Level – Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Malaysian immigration services. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A collaborative team player with strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and solid analytical capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Work Location: Penang / Kuala Lumpur Office.
