website design, SEO services, social media marketing, and inbound marketing

We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
who is hungry for growth, confident in closing deals, and passionate about helping businesses strengthen their digital presence.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and propose suitable digital solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach ➝ meeting ➝ proposal ➝ closing.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch presentations.
  • Maintain CRM updates and report weekly pipeline progress.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/retainer opportunities.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Business Development / Sales
    within:
  • Website design services, OR
  • SEO / Digital marketing services, OR
  • Social media / marketing retainers
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • Language requirement (Duolingo or equivalent proficiency):
  • Eng + BM or
  • Eng + Mandarin
  • Must be able to present proposals confidently.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Pipedrive) is an advantage.
  • Consistent follow-up discipline and strong closing skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, IT or related fields.
  • Experience matters more than a paper qualification.

Compensation
