Role Overview
As a
Digital Content Strategist
, you'll help turn brand objectives into compelling content ideas and executions across social media, websites, landing pages, and light video scripting. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution — understanding brand direction, shaping content narratives, coordinating with designers and videographers, and ensuring everything is aligned to business goals.

What You'll Do
- Generate content ideas for social media, landing pages, and video scripts.
- Write clear, compelling copy (English; Mandarin/Malay is an advantage).
- Translate client brand understanding into content direction.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to bring ideas to execution.
- Assist videographers during onsite shoots by providing content direction, angles, storyline support, and ensuring alignment with the intended messaging.
- Attend client meetings (with team support) to gather requirements.
- Manage content timelines and deliverables through ClickUp.
- Revise content based on internal or client feedback.
- Use AI tools to improve ideation and productivity.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on content trends and platform best practices.
Must Have
1–2 years experience in content, digital marketing, or creative roles (agency or brand).
Strong writing and idea structuring skills (English).
Good communication skills, able to ask questions and clarify direction.
Organised and able to manage multiple content tasks with deadlines.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
Comfortable using AI tools to support work.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams.
Good to Have
Able to write in Mandarin and/or Malay.
Familiar with landing page psychology, customer journey or marketing funnel.
Experience in client-facing conversations.
Understanding of basic content performance metrics.
Ability to do simple mockups/reference boards.
