HR Administrator, Site Bintulu

We are looking for a branch HR Administrator to manage all HR activities at our branch.
You will be the main HR contact at the branch, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and employee support.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate local recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
· Maintain accurate personnel files and HRMS records.
· Process promotions, transfers, confirmations, and HR letters.
· Track leave, attendance, and assist with employee payrolls and claims.
· Support employee relations and maintain training records.
· Prepare branch HR reports and liaise with central HR units.
Requirements:
· Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· At least 5 years HR experience in multi-branch organizations.
· Knowledge of Malaysian Employment laws, EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
· Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office.
· Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
· High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
