JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. To collaborate with the Top Management to establish more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of the Company's financial books.
  2. To oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures.
  3. To provide the Top Management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy making and financial strategizing.
  4. To summarize budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances.
  5. To take care of tax preparation duties or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
  6. To identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
  7. To create and monitor company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.
  8. To ensure that the Company meets the necessary tax, permit, licensing, and all due diligence requirements.
  9. To support on month-end and year-end close process.
  10. Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's in accounting, finance, business administration, math, economy or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ACCA/CFA professional license & membership would be appreciated in this highly competitive field. Experience
  • At least 15 years of direct experience in an accounting, auditing, and finance role. Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with excellent business acumen. Strong technical financial expertise. Behavioral Traits – State the type of personality required to fit the job
