Job Responsibilities

  1. Accounts Executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
  2. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
  3. Ultimately, you will ensure all financial transactions are accurate and on time.
  4. Duties and Responsibilities: -

4.1 Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.

4.2 Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices.

4.3 Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by

management.

4.4 Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.

4.5 Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office & Accounting software would be an

added advantage.

4.6 Prepare payment through Internet banking.

4.7 Year-end audit preparation.

4.8 Any other duties assigned by superior.
