Operational Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and implement Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement programs across all division production areas.
  • Promote and sustain a Lean Manufacturing culture through Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and other Lean tools.
  • Identify process gaps and drive measurable improvements in yield, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  • Monitor operational cost and efficiency, minimize budget variance, and present improvement plans to management.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
  • Conduct training and coaching to enhance employees' problem-solving and Lean capabilities.
  • Support digital transformation and automation projects that contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within EMS or electronics industry.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in leading improvement projects with tangible results.
  • Result-oriented mindset with ability to deliver measurable operational improvements.
