JOB SCOPE :

a. Complying all SOP of Finance

b. Responsible to do full set of accounting using SQL Systems.

c. Responsible to prepare a PV, DO, Invoices, Quotations, etc.

d. Responsible to handle Account Payable & Account Receivable.

e. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

f. Presenting data to superior.

g. Maintaining accurate financial records.

h. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

i. Computing taxes.

j. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

k. Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

l. Assisting in admin side such as write letters, stationary orders, renew licensing, etc.

m. Assisting for checking monthly payroll, and contributions.

n. Auditing in stock take.

Any related tasks as assigned.

Requirement :

· Have at least a Bachelor of Accounting / Equivalent.

· Have at least 2 year experience in Account field.

· Excellent is SQL Systems.

· Experienced handling full set of accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
