Infrastructure Project Engineer is responsible to assist Infrastructure Solution Architect to implement information systems to support the enterprise infrastructure of Sunway organization. Individual need to ensure that all systems are working accordance to the agreed design and support the development of new technologies and system requirements. The primary responsibility of the Infrastructure Project Engineer is to implement the adopted computer systems and offer infrastructure services accordance to the ICT security and performance. The Project Engineer will task in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance and Availability Management guided by Solution Architect. Apart from these tasks, other responsibilities that come under Infrastructure Project Engineer include the following:

You will play an important role in:

• Implement IT infrastructure solutions (on premises & cloud) based on project requirement.
• Coordinate and perform the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware, software and cloud components.
• Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with industry best practices and comply with organizational standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate external solutions
• Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and post-implementation reports.
• Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

To fit into this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree/Master in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field.
• Candidate with Certification below will have added advantage: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or any cloud related certifications
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
