Central Medical Supply Store Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the Material Management Department - Central Medical Supply Store (MTR2) in managing and requisition of hospital's inventory for all entities.
- To supervise MTR 2 team's daily operations.
- To ensure there is sufficient inventory for MTR2 in line with the current operations demand per company guidelines.
- To drive departmental process improvement by working closely with internal team and cross functional teams.
- To develop, implement and maintain departmental policies & procedures in ensuring the content is up to date.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Materials Management or Store/Logistic environment.
- Prior working experience in the hospital setting or store/logistic industries would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess Strong Leadership.
- Good data analytics and problem solving abilities.
- Able to undertake and meet timely deadlines.
