Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Sales Advisor will engage with customers, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering product or service guidance, achieving sales targets, and assisting in training new team members. Collaboration with other departments may also be required to optimize customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively build relationships and interact with customers.
  • Experience in Customer Service to address client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Sales and achieving performance targets.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members where necessary.
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or mobility industry is a plus.
