1. Equipment Installation & Maintenance

  • Assess, install, and commission systems and related mechanical/electrical equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance procedures for system components.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair

  • Diagnose and repair faults, failures, or malfunctions in systems and associated machinery.
  • Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or corrective actions.

3. Technical Support & Client Interaction

  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support to clients and colleagues regarding system operation and maintenance.
  • Offer training and guidance to staff or clients on equipment usage and care.
  • 24/7 technical support online and onsite when necessary.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Write service reports and document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
  • Complete required forms, logs, records, and work report accurately.
  • Prepare method of statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA) and permit to work (PTW).

5. Inventory & Coordination

  • Work with warehouse and procurement team for parts and tools records of inventory and movement.
  • Feedback to factory team for onsite issue and findings regarding units and parts supplied.
  • Report problems to the Quality and Technical team of manufacturing companies when needed and help identifying solution.
  • Supervise and Lead technician/Contractor for onsite task.

6. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment.

7. Travel to Asian countries eg. Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia are required.

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
