About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join YUNG SENG DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. as a Marketing Executive. In this full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and generating leads to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns to promote company projects and services.
  • Manage digital and social media marketing activities, including content creation, posting, and engagement tracking.
  • Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, banners, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support property launches, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve marketing objectives and sales targets.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders to build strong business relationships.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
