What You'll Do

  • Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and confidence
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales approaches and continuously improve performance

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or key account management (preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for sales
  • Energetic, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients
  • Negotiation skills and client management abilities are a plus
  • Own transport and willingness to travel
