What You'll Do
- Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and confidence
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales approaches and continuously improve performance
Requirements
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or key account management (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for sales
- Energetic, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients
- Negotiation skills and client management abilities are a plus
- Own transport and willingness to travel
