Investment Banking Associate

How you succeed

What you do
- Originate and execute M&A, equity, and debt transactions
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market research
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations

Who you are
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
