  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant to support our Corporate Secretarial team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are eager to learn about company compliance, corporate governance, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining company records, registers, and filing documents.
  • Support the preparation of meeting documents (agendas, minutes, resolutions).
  • Help with statutory filings and basic compliance tasks under guidance.
  • Communicate with clients, auditors, and government authorities as required.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management and data entry.
  • Learn and follow corporate secretarial procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior staff.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
