Senior Executive/Executive, Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer preparation).
- Manage onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training administration.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in compliance with employment laws.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia's Labour Law and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years (Executive) / 4–6 years (Senior Executive) of relevant HR experience.
- Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and HR statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
