Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic professional to oversee our social media initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Social Media, based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves developing and executing platform strategies, enhancing audience engagement, and managing impactful campaigns to strengthen the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through effective strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Confidently appear on camera for social content when required.

Community Engagement

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Build meaningful connections with followers and encourage engagement.
  • Drive community participation through interactive and relevant content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice to strengthen trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field; strong portfolios may be considered in lieu of formal qualification.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.
  • Proven ability to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth.
  • Skilled in content creation, including short-form videos, reels, and live streams across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Experienced in community management, audience engagement, and using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) to measure performance.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable appearing on camera for brand-related content.
