About the Role
We're looking for a passionate

Senior Technical Support Engineer (SCCM)
.
In this role, you'll act as a
trusted advisor
to enterprise customers — providing proactive guidance, risk assessments, and hands-on technical expertise to help them optimize their IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
technical leadership and consultancy
to enterprise customers. - Deliver
proactive services
to prevent issues and drive digital transformation. - Troubleshoot and resolve
complex technical problems efficiently. - Build strong, trusted
customer relationships
and represent the brand with excellence. - Create and deliver
training, documentation, and presentations
to enhance customer capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum
SPM with 3+ years
of relevant IT experience. - Strong background in
enterprise-level technical support
and customer engagement. - Excellent
troubleshooting, communication, and presentation
skills. - Good understanding of
ITIL / Service Management
principles. - Fluent in
Mandarin and English
. - Adaptable, team-oriented, and business-savvy professional.
Technical Expertise Required
- SCCM / Configuration Manager (SME level, last 3 years)
- → Application management, OS deployment, driver/software updates, endpoint protection, infrastructure admin, security & upgrades.
- Windows 10
provisioning, servicing, Windows-as-a-Service. - Windows Server
administration. - Active Directory
(Sites & Services, Group Policy, Certificate Services). - Networking / SQL Database
knowledge. - Office 2016 / Microsoft 365
deployment & servicing. - Intune & Cloud/Hybrid Solutions
(Co-management, Autopilot, CMG, Endpoint Analytics).
