Job Scope

  • To prepare and complete conceptual design drawing and document for D.O. submissions per schedule.
  • To prepare and complete detailed design drawing and document for Civil Infra submission as per schedule.
  • To issue and deliver Tender Drawing as per schedule.
  • To produce adequate design in terms of techincal compliance & cost effectiveness
  • Manage and liaise with relevant stakeholders (Client, Authority, Contractor):

i) To ensure timely and quality of drawings, EI, RFI and review shop drawing

ii) To liaise with Clients on contract matters i.e. LOW, Method Statement & VO

iii) To perform periodic site inspection to identify non-compliance or potential non-compliance issues and to resolve site matters

iv) To coordinate and prepare relevant documents for submission, inspection, CCC and handing over

v)To compute monthly earthwork claim quantity

  • Co-develop civil infra design/design parameters for the conceptual design to achieve engineering technically justification, cost effectiveness & fulfill aesthetic requirement
  • Co-resolve civil infra related community/stakeholder complains or technical matters
  • Liaise with authority (without liaison officer) submission and approval e.g. Infra plan, CCC, H/O etc
