Responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment in the palm oil mill to ensure smooth and efficient plant operation.

· Perform routine maintenance and repair of mill machinery (pump, conveyor, press, digester, sterilizer, etc.)

· Troubleshoot and fix mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime

· Install, align, and assemble mechanical parts and equipment

· Assist in machinery overhauling and fabrication works

· Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE

· Record maintenance work and report equipment issues to the supervisor

· Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Fitting & Machining or equivalent

· Knowledge of palm oil mill machinery and mechanical systems

· Skilled in fitting, alignment, and basic welding or fabrication

· Able to read simple mechanical drawings and use hand tools safely

· Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills

· Experience in palm oil mill maintenance is an advantage
