We are expanding Join our dynamic team in the wellness and spa industry where you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operations of our marketing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media platforms and the company website
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries and feedback for follow-up actions
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry and general paperwork
  • Support day to day office operations and ensure documents are properly organized
  • Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve customer request or issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage)
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an added advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Possesses a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
