Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive service for sales activities and operations, including safety training inquiries, course bookings, and service excellence.
  • Maintain meticulous records concerning safety training requirements and customer interactions.
  • Expand customer base through proactive sales initiatives, identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, individual clients and market segments.
  • Foster positive relationships with current and new client accounts, striving for excellence in customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, channeling feedback for necessary improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development, preferably experience working with companies in the safety-critical sectors such as Oil & Gas, Maritime.
  • Proficient in Sales Techniques and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Independent, self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player, collaborator, work well in a dynamic group of team members.
  • Fluency in written and oral English, coupled with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
