Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database, introducing our products/services and generating interest.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and relationship-building techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address customer inquiries.
  • Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process, including pitching, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • You must have an SPM
  • You must have at least 1 Years of experience in the service industry and Sales.
  • We preferred someone with sales experience in the contact center, marketing or sales promoter
  • You must be confident, sales-driven individuals with impressive character
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
