Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full Time
RM 2,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.Verify, update, and maintain records, ensuring information is complete and error-free.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document organization.
- Upload reports and relevant documentation into designated portals or systems.
- Support accounting or operations teams in updating daily records (invoices, receipts, or inventory data).
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times.
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain or verify required information.
- Perform other clerical duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in data entry or admin work is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
