Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Assistant based on-site in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process (70%) and HR administration task (30%), which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be tasked with building strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Additionally, the Recruitment Consultant will conduct market research to identify hiring trends and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building with clients and candidates
  • Organizational skills and time management for managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze hiring trends
  • Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration within a team setting
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in specific industries or regions (e.g., Malaysia or Southeast Asia) is a plus
