- Proactively manage contract renewals.
- Negotiate terms to secure long-term client partnerships.
- Monitor account performance metrics and analyze data for trends and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Leverage this knowledge to provide clients with relevant insights and position offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage customer information throughout the customer journey using CRM tools.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Actively monitor and manage the account pipeline for growth.
- Collaborate with country heads to qualify, nurture, and close opportunities.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager (minimum 5 years) or in a similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Industry knowledge in supply chain, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- SaaS B2B key account management and sales experience preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or supply chain is desirable.
- Ability to work with teams across different geographies.
