Account Management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned client accounts.
  • Regularly engage with clients to strengthen relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Customer Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Address issues, inquiries, and requests promptly while collaborating with internal teams for resolutions.
Upselling and Cross-Selling
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of products/services offered to existing clients.
  • Present value propositions for upselling or cross-selling, aligning solutions with client needs.
Account Growth Strategies
  • Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities, propose solutions, and track progress.
Renewals and Contract Negotiations
  • Proactively manage contract renewals.
  • Negotiate terms to secure long-term client partnerships.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor account performance metrics and analyze data for trends and insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
Market and Competitor Research
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Leverage this knowledge to provide clients with relevant insights and position offerings effectively.
Enterprise Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage customer information throughout the customer journey using CRM tools.
Account Growth Opportunities with Existing Customers
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Actively monitor and manage the account pipeline for growth.
  • Collaborate with country heads to qualify, nurture, and close opportunities.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager (minimum 5 years) or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Industry knowledge in supply chain, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • SaaS B2B key account management and sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce or supply chain is desirable.
  • Ability to work with teams across different geographies.
