CONSTRUCTION DIVISION (SITE BASED)
  • Lead the planning and scheduling of construction projects using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure work sequencing aligns with planned schedules.
  • Develop the baseline programme and mitigation plans as required. Prepare and present the programme for approval by clients, consultants and site teams.
  • Identify project milestones and critical path activities to monitor project timelines proactively.
  • Plan and manage logistics for timely delivery of materials, equipment and resources.
  • Prepare & present site progress reports and performance dashboards to project management team.
  • Monitor cost loading, equipment deployment and procurement schedules to avoid delays.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of extension of time (EOT) claims and variation analysis.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate progress and identify schedule risks and constraints.
  • Lead planning reviews and contribute to strategic decisions to ensure timely project execution.
Requirements:
  • Hyperscale Data Centre construction experience is a must.
  • At least one (1) successfully planned and completed data center construction project.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in planning and site coordination within the construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing of works, logistics planning and resource allocation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
