Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive / Assistant to join our team and assist in managing our digital platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's products. Your responsibilities include driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products

·   Plan, coordinate and implement effective marketing program and strategies to meet Group's sales objective

·   Social media coordination, submission of artwork prior approval

·   Write compelling product descriptions and related product content

·   Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate market trends

·   Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and many more

·   Overseeing the social media strategy for the company

·   To gather market information such as competitor's marketing plan and strategies, industry updates and provides feedback to superior / manager in order to keep abreast to market current development and activities

·   Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

·   Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

·   Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge

·   Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends

·   Review new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

·   To perform any other related ad-hoc duty from management as and when required

Requirement:

·   Candidate must pose at least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or related field

·   Proficient in written and spoken Bilingual language

·   At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·   Candidate must be IT savvy and possess experience in Social Media Management / Marketing

·   Additional skills in Photoshop or other photo/graphic editing software preferred

·   Good interpersonal, marketing skills

·   Proven expertise in TikTok & Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) content management and marketing
