Position: Automotive Technician / Mechanic / Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues for various types of vehicles.
  • Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Maintain proper records of all repair and service jobs.
  • Guide and assist junior mechanics when needed.
  • Ensure all work follows workshop safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues and solutions.

Performance Expectations:

  • Complete repair and service work efficiently with high quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the workshop.
  • Work well with the team and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive maintenance practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in vehicle maintenance or repair.
  • SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) certification is an advantage.
  • Age below 35 years old.
  • Leadership or foreman experience is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan:

  • Mendiagnosis dan membaiki masalah mekanikal dan elektrik bagi pelbagai jenis kenderaan.
  • Melaksanakan kerja penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan umum.
  • Menggunakan alat diagnostik untuk mengenal pasti masalah dengan tepat.
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan kenderaan bagi memastikan keselamatan dan kecekapan.
  • Menyimpan rekod kerja pembaikan dan servis dengan baik.
  • Membantu dan membimbing mekanik junior apabila diperlukan.
  • Memastikan kerja mematuhi piawaian keselamatan dan kualiti bengkel.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan tentang hasil pemeriksaan dan pembaikan.

Jangkaan Prestasi:

  • Menyiapkan kerja pembaikan dan servis dengan cekap serta berkualiti.
  • Mengekalkan kebersihan dan keselamatan tempat kerja.
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan dan memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik.
  • Sentiasa mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam bidang automotif.

Kelayakan:

  • Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam penyelenggaraan atau pembaikan kenderaan.
  • Pemegang Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Berumur bawah 35 tahun.
  • Pengalaman sebagai penyelia atau foreman merupakan kelebihan tambahan.
