We are seeking a versatile and well-organized Accounts cum HR Executive to handle day-to-day accounting tasks while supporting our human resources operations. Based on-site in Kuala Lumpur, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing numbers with people-focused responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders as required.
Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
HR
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
Handle recruitment, attendance, leave, claims, and payroll.
Coordinate training, activities, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years' experience in accounts or HR.
- Proficient in accounting software & MS Office.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in procurement management and invoice verification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Able to maintain confidentiality with integrity.
