What you'll do
- Provide general administrative support, including document management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Liaise across departments to ensure smooth execution of daily business operations.
- Manage company-issued card logistics, including delivery tracking and timely dispatch.
- Resolve logistics issues promptly and monitor delivery status to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in daily data collection and preparation of routine operational reports.
- Analyze reporting data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and admin teams to streamline workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback to enhance overall service quality.
What you'll need
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.
- Collaborative and open-minded, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
