Assistant Manager, Social Media Marketing

Principle responsibilities & duties

·       Work closely with the Manager to drive the execution of social media plans in line with business goals, ensuring alignment of brand messaging across all platforms.

·       Monitor the performance of all existing social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube; as well as future social media handles (if any).

·       Create and manage content calendars to schedule posts across all social media platforms.

·       Build online community presence and brand loyalty.

·       Work with analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media activities.

·       Keep track of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives on social media and develop post campaign analysis (when relevant).

·       Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to uphold the brand's competitive advantage.

·       Stay updated on new advancements, trends and best practices for social media platforms to keep our brand at the forefront of social conversations.

Minimum job requirement (education & experience)

·       Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Marketing

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.

·       Good knowledge of digital marketing skills including familiarity with traditional touchpoints.

·       Skillful in branding as well as market research and customer segmentation.

·       Ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviors into strategic digital activities.
