What You'll Do

  • Perform day-to-day accounting operation including journal entries, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation;
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
  • Handle the preparation of the month end closing procedures in a timely manner;
  • Maintenance of proper filing and financial records;
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for external reporting and audit purposes
  • Assisting tax team tax such as the collection of invoices, issuance of invoices as well as periodical tax filing

What You'll Need

  • Diploma or a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business;
  • 1-2 years experiences. Regional experience is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese;
  • Experience in Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and maturely with dedication;
  • Commitment to quality and timely service delivery;
  • Ability to be a team player and act professionally and ethically;
  • Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
