Routine Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly account reports prepared by site Account Executive.
  • Present account reports at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the sites.
  • Attend and present monthly account reports in scheduled client meetings.
  • Execute internal audits at the sites.
  • Participate in budget and forecast preparation, review, and analysis.
  • Review sites' bank sustainability status and make recommendations to Building Manager.
  • Prepare monthly account reports for 6 sites.
  • Review draft audited reports from auditors and ensure accuracy.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of account reports to clients no later than the 15th of the following month.
  • Advise and provide solutions to subordinates to resolve any accounting issues.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the various systems used by our clients.
  • Familiarize with Acts related to the property management industry to ensure compliance.

Ad Hoc Work:

  • Handle the outgoing site, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Take over incoming site responsibilities, guaranteeing accurate financial management.
  • Provide support and guidance to site staff regarding knowledge and technical matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
