Job Description / 工作职责

Production Planning / 生产计划

• Develop detailed production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and order situations to ensure smooth production.

根据销售预测和订单情况,制定详细的生产计划和排产表,确保生产任务顺利完成。


• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time delivery.

监控生产进度并适时调整生产计划,确保按时交货。

Material Management / 物料管理

• Responsible for material demand planning to ensure timely supply of all required materials.

负责物料需求计划,确保原材料、辅料及包装材料的及时供应。


• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality and delivery timelines.

协调供应商关系,确保物料质量与交期。

Production Process Optimization / 生产流程优化

• Analyze production data and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

分析生产数据,提出改善生产流程的建议,提高生产效率和产品质量。


• Promote and implement lean manufacturing to improve production line performance.

推动及实施精益生产,提高生产线运作效率。

Quality Control / 质量控制

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of production quality standards.

参与制定和执行生产质量标准,确保产品符合公司质量要求。


• Monitor quality issues during production and coordinate timely solutions.

监控生产过程中的质量问题,并及时协调解决,确保质量稳定。

Inventory Management / 库存管理

• Monitor and manage inventories to maintain a reasonable stock level.

监控和管理成品及原材料库存,确保库存水平合理。


• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

定期进行库存盘点,确保账实相符。

Coordination & Communication / 协调与沟通

• Communicate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and other departments to ensure information flow.

与销售、采购、物流等部门保持紧密沟通,确保信息流通顺畅。


• Address production issues and coordinate resources for timely resolution.

处理生产过程中出现的问题,协调资源及时解决。

Data Analysis & Reporting / 数据分析与报告

• Collect and analyze production data, prepare reports, and provide decision support.

收集并分析生产相关数据,编写生产报告,为决策提供支持。


• Develop and track production KPIs to continuously improve performance.

制定并跟踪生产KPI,持续提升生产绩效。

Job Requirements / 任职要求


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。


• Experience in production planning or supply chain management is required.

具备生产计划、供应链管理或相关岗位经验。


• Experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage.

有食品行业或类似制造业经验者优先。


• Strong organizational and time management skills.

具备良好的组织和时间管理能力。


• Able to communicate confidently internally and externally.

具备良好的内外部沟通能力。


• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).

熟练使用 MS Office,特别是 Excel(VLOOKUP、数据透视表)。


• Team player with a positive work attitude.

具有良好的团队精神和积极的工作态度。


• Must be fluent in Mandarin & English.

需熟练使用中文及英文。
