Customer Service Agent (Vietnamese language support)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Customer Service Agent. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing prompt support through various communication channels. The Customer Service Agent will also manage customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, and provide accurate information about products and services. Building positive relationships with customers and maintaining a high standard of professionalism are critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Customer service experience with a focus on conflict resolution, problem-solving, and building client relationships
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Understanding of the IT, retail, or telecom industry is advantageous
  • Preference for candidates with a diploma or degree in Communication, Business, or a related field
