Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately analyse market trends and needs for development and execution of business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop compelling business proposals that not only achieve clients' business and marketing goals but also provide a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to drive service innovation, key accounts expansion, and win new businesses.
  • Mentor and lead existing Account Executive(s), fostering their capabilities in strategic account growth and retention.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology partners and principals to drive referrals and expand the portfolio of business solution.
  • Work closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with project delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a business development and account management role, with a proven track record of hitting and outperforming targets, preferably in the Digital marketing and technology industry.
  • A strong understanding and passion for technology and digital solutions used in business marketing.
  • Excellent adaptability and resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting rapport and network effectively.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
