About the Role

We're looking for a
proactive, smart, and quick-learning Recruitment Strategist Intern
who can be counted on to deliver results. This role is perfect for someone passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding, with an interest in exploring innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiter Head Hunting:

  • Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Validate candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.
  • Experiment with AI recruitment tools to automate processes.

Campus Recruitment & Sales Skills Accelerator:

  • Design and execute programs targeting penultimate or final-year students from top local universities.
  • Drive recruitment for internships, flexible work, and holiday roles with the goal of converting to full-time hires.
  • Use data analytics after 1–2 batches to improve conversion ratios by 20% (from invite-to-assessment to offer stage).

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance our website, LinkedIn, and social media presence to attract top talent.

AI Automation Projects:

  • Contribute to building AI-driven automation workflows for recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • English proficiency is a must (written and spoken).
  • No technical skills required, but familiarity with
    n8n
    or similar automation tools and
    WordPress
    is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in recruitment strategy and employer branding.
  • Smart, quick learner, and dependable.
