JOB DESCRIPTION

· Safely drive the Managing Director, Lawyers and Staff to/from appointment, meeting, event, and other destinations as required.

· Familiar in using related navigation applications, WAZE etc. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and best route.

· Support personal tasks or errands as assigned by the Managing Director.

· Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition, including regular servicing, cleanliness, and fuel levels.

· Be available during and outside regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when needed.

· Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.

· Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain planned schedule

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

· At least SPM/"O" Level, any field

· Possess a valid driving license class D

· Minimum 3 years' experience as a personal driver for higher management personnel

· Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English

· No criminal record, shall not have been convicted of serious traffic offences within the past five (5) years

· Discipline, responsible, physically fit with good working attitude

· Able to come to work early or stay back, outstation travelling and is willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays and when required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
