Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for achieving the overall production daily output and target at the optimum cost in the manufacturing process
  • Educate the Group leader to motivate, train, counsel, and discipline employees
  • To oversee that all documented procedures and instructions are being followed as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Ensure safety and housekeeping (5S) is practiced at all times.
  • To perform other function and/or assignment as required by the management.

Job Requirements:

· A degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management practices.

· At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the metal industry.

· Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

· Mandarin Speaking is advantage
