Role Description

We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Specialist

who is data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads

, and more. Your goal will be to drive measurable ROI, high-quality lead generation, and strong brand visibility across our key markets in the Middle East and South Asia.

You will collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, test end-to-end performance funnels, and scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong cost-performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in
    performance marketing

or
digital advertising

- Proficiency in
Google Ads

Meta Business Suite

TikTok Ads Manager

, and
Snapchat Ads

- Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools such as
Google Analytics (GA4)
