  • Design and planning:

Create conceptual and detailed designs for Mechanical services, and participate in planning and tendering.
- Project coordination:

Coordinate Mechanical works on-site, ensuring they are completed according to project requirements, budget, and deadlines.
- Stakeholder management:

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and obtain necessary approvals.
- Quality and safety assurance:

Supervise and monitor site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and regulations.
- Documentation and reporting:

Prepare and submit project reports, claims, and invoices. Compile as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and testing records for final handover.
- Budget and contract management:

Assist in preparing budgets, obtaining quotations, and managing subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in assessing variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Testing and commissioning:

Manage and verify the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
