Job Description

  • Check and monitor daily repairing requisition cases, noted/ cancel the cases for next action.
  • Collaborate with Workshop and Equipment team on the specification of spare parts needed to ensure matching for repair and maintenance.
  • Liaise with HQ-Procurement team on equipment/ spare parts purchasing matters, system material codes, quality feedback and other relevant issues.
  • Generate Purchase Requisition (PR) for specific items and repairing services.
  • Follow up on the item delivery status and outsourced repairing services' status.
  • Liaise with Store to ensure GIN/ GRN is completed for stock items.
  • Monitor the entire processes in relevant inhouse purchasing application systems.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are updated and kept for reference.
  • Report to the superior if there is any issues which need immediate attention.
  • Prepare relevant monthly reports and system analysis to study the inventory trends for repairing and servicing.
  • Control the financial budget to ensure the process is operating within the desired quality, cost and efficiency level.
  • Perform periodical audit on the work process and documentation.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Specifications

  • At least Diploma/ Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or any related studies or certification.
  • At least two (2) years of related working experience.
  • Candidate with experiences in managing heavy vehicles (transportation, logistic, lorry fleets) administrative tasks will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skill, proactive and problem solving.
  • Independent, attention to detail and result orientation.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • 2 open positions to be based in Kangkar Tebrau, Johor.
